Our services include but not limited too Pre –arrival services, Destination Services, Housing, School Searches, Move Management, Vehicle leasing, and much more.
Pre-Arrival & Destination Services
- Area Familiarity – Personal tours of communities, shopping, churches, recreational areas, restaurants, nightlife areas, and any other specifics family requirements.
- Housing – Arrange, coordinate and accompany Families to view potential properties. Deal with lease negotiations, make arrangements for deposits, initial rent payments etc.
- School Searches – Compile information, coordinate and accompany family to potential schools and assist with registration processes.
- Utility Connections - arrange for telephone, cable, internet, electricity, gas, water, etc if not already done by Landlords.
- Opening Bank Accounts - accompany assignee/spouse to their choice of financial institutions to assist with opening of bank account (s). Explain the bill payment process and options, online banking, payment by check, etc. as customary in each location.
- Obtaining driver’s license - provide driving manual or studying materials as applicable, make the necessary appointments, review process and accompany assignee/spouse to the motor vehicle office.
- Vehicle Leasing – Help obtain the best quote for vehicle leasing, from our recommended Vehicle Rental Company GO Rent A Car. (Contact us for special discounts)
- Leisure activities including club memberships - research and provide information regarding country clubs membership, Children’s Activities, community organizations, etc. as requested.
- Discussion of security issues - general orientation of safety in the area, provide appropriate emergency numbers and go over typical do’s and don’ts.
Move Management
- Assist with shipment requirements.
- Obtain quote(s).
- Provide quote to client for approval.
- Keep client and assignee/spouse updated on the progress of the move.
- Coordinate for delivery/documents.
